Palomba & Co. is a story spanning three generations, born from a passion for trade and the foresight of those who knew how to look ahead before the market did.
The roots:
Gastone Palomba
It all began in the 1950s, when Gastone Palomba built his sales representation business in the world of jewellery and watches. A business made of relationships, trust and that dedication to work which would leave an indelible mark on the family.
When Gastone passed away, that story was interrupted but not extinguished. His son Giovanni was still a teenager, yet he already had in his eyes the fascination of that world: travel, clients, brands, representation.

Giovanni Palomba — the early years
The founding:
Giovanni Palomba
In 1979, Giovanni Palomba officially founded Palomba & Co., choosing to carry on his father's tradition in a new and rapidly growing sector: perfumery. The first collaborations — Fabergé, Diego Dalla Palma and Etro Spa — marked the beginning of a path that would soon take a very precise direction.
In the 1990s, the entry of Lorenzo Villoresi and Acqua di Parma into the portfolio began to outline a clear philosophy: focus on refined brands, far from the mass market. In the early 2000s came Montale Paris, Keiko Mecheri, Carthusia, Rose & Manchester and many others, consolidating a vision that today we call niche perfumery, but which Giovanni had already embraced when few yet understood its potential.
“It is no coincidence that clients and industry colleagues recognise Giovanni Palomba as a true pioneer of niche perfumery in Italy: a man who knew how to choose with courage, build with patience and anticipate the times with rare sensitivity.”

Fragments of history — encounters, brands, partners

Marco & Andrea Palomba — the continuity
The continuity:
Marco & Andrea
Marco and Andrea represent the natural continuation of a family story, bringing to niche perfumery the same passion that Gastone had passed on to Giovanni decades earlier.
In 2010, eldest son Marco Palomba, a graduate in Business Communications from IULM University in Milan, joined the company. The growing demand for collaborations called for new energies: Marco brings method, strategic vision and contributes to the launch of numerous brands on the Italian market with great success: Juliette has a gun, Saint Barth, Molton Brown, Costume National, Jusbox and others.
In 2016, second son Andrea Palomba also joined, holding degrees in Architecture and Engineering with international specialisations from BME University of Technology and Economics in Budapest and Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul. His multidisciplinary background and the relationships built at international level enrich the company with a global perspective and new contacts with worldwide centres of excellence.
With his arrival, the portfolio expanded further with high-profile brands such as Parfums de Marly, Initio Parfums Privés, Tiziana Terenzi, Fugazzi, Oman Luxury, Goldfield & Banks and many others, strengthening both the presence across the Italian territory and the partnership relationships with the brands represented.

Marco & Andrea Palomba — the continuity
Today:
Palomba & Co. operates today across Italy as a reference point for selective and niche perfumery. Giovanni, Marco and Andrea work side by side, proudly carrying on a tradition that has lasted more than sixty years. The experience of those who built this market combines with the vision of those ready to lead its future: a rare balance, made of deep roots and a long view.
Three generations. One single passion.
